During the journey to the Captain Cook Monument we will be looking for local wildlife. Hawaiian spinner dolphins, long tailed white tropic birds, pilot whales and manta rays also call this coast line home. What makes snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay truly special is the combination of natural beauty, historical and cultural significance.

While others limit themselves to a single bay, we embark on an ocean-wide expedition searching for five major animal groups: marine mammals, rays, sharks, turtles, and pristine coral reefs. If you're looking to escape the crowds and avoid large groups, this is the perfect way to experience the manta rays. We depart later than most other tours, so while other companies are wrapping up, we're just getting started—giving you a more peaceful and intimate encounter with these majestic animals.

Morning Manta & Whale Expedition
Kona’s night manta snorkel is a bucket-list experience for many, but if you prefer daylight over the evening, why not encounter these incredible creatures during the day? This charter offers a more intimate and peaceful manta experience, avoiding the crowds for a truly natural encounter. We’ll visit some of the Manta rays’ daytime feeding and cleaning spots, giving you the chance to see these majestic creatures up close. Plus, we’ll also be on the lookout for other wildlife, including various species of dolphins and whales.

Seasonal Whale Watching
Humpback whales travel south to the warm Hawaiian waters in the winter months. Come with us on our one of a kind vessel to view these majestic creatures. In Hawaii, everything revolves around the humpbacks' reproductive season. We'll listen to the haunting songs of the male whales, search for mothers with their calves, and, with a bit of luck, enjoy breathtaking displays of breaching and aerial leaps.
